Towards the end of my time in as a Peace Corps volunteer in Cameroon (7 years ago), we had a close-of-service meeting in Yaounde, the capital. For fun we had a vote among our training class on various superlatives. I was voted Most Likely to Start a Conversation "When I was in the Peace Corps..."
Now I probably annoyed the hell out of my classmates in graduate school, but I think I was no way as obnoxious as this guy! I'm really not sure if this PSA was meant to be self-deprecating or not.
